1. What is a Health Coach?

  • A supportive partner who will be with you on your journey to learn, live, and love your new healthier lifestyle. I will help you create and reach the small goals that will lead you to your long term goals. We will celebrate each success, overcome any obstacles, and persevere throughout your journey.

2. What is the goal of a GOOD Health Coach?

  • Motivate individuals to make lasting lifestyle changes by building healthy habits, and holding them accountable
  • Give you the tools to reimagine your relationship with food and it’s impact on your lifestyle
  • Identify self-defeating behavior and replace that behavior with healthy habits designed to help you achieve your goals

3. Who needs a Health Coach?

  • Anyone who is trying to achieve some sort of health in their life
  • Anyone who has tried everything else but always goes back to the way they were
  • Anyone who is ready to CHANGE their life in some way and they want to make it a lifelong change, not just an 8 week diet plan change
  • Anyone who needs help staying accountable to their goals

4. How does health coaching work?

  • Health coaching sessions can be in person, via phone call, zoom or face time calls. They can last thirty minutes, an hour, or just a fifteen minute check in.
  • There are many texts and emails that will be swapped throughout the entire process, for both accountability and for addressing your questions
  • Sessions are always led by the client, but guided by the coach.
  • Together we will work on your specific goals and find ways to help you achieve them
